Ever wondered what a taco would taste like as a layered past dish? It tastes exactly like it sounds – cheesy and delicious!
12 oven-ready lasagna noodles (or you can use regular lasagna noodles if you are up for boiling them)
1 pound lean turkey
1 package taco seasoning
1 15oz container ricotta cheese
3 cups shredded cheese (or 4 if you’re feeling it!)
1 24oz jar salsa
Toppings as desired (sliced avocado and tomatoes, sour cream, etc.)
Brown the meat in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain juices and add taco seasoning.
Mix together egg and ricotta cheese.
Bake covered for 30-40 minutes at 350. Top with desired garnishes, and serve with a side of tortilla chips.
