Tis the season for all things pumpkin! Although I would argue that pumpkin is pretty much a year-round treat. This is a delicious and pretty quick recipe that brings out all those delicious pumpkin pie flavors with the light and fluffy texture of cake.
Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
Mix together eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin.
Combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing thoroughly.
Mix together all ingredients for frosting.
Spread on frosting generously.
