Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
Gradually beat in flour mixture on low speed. Dough may take a while to come together, so give it a minute before adding more milk.
Wrap dough in wax paper and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Cut out desired shapes.
Bake for 7-9 minutes at 375 (watch the edges for burning!)
